The driver is responsible for safely transporting hotel guests and staff between the hotel and designated locations, following scheduled routes and timetables. Day-to-day tasks include performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, keeping the shuttle clean and presentable, and adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. The driver will assist guests with luggage, provide basic information about hotel services and local areas, and maintain clear communication with the front desk or transport coordinator. Accurate record-keeping of mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents, as well as reporting maintenance needs promptly, is also part of this role.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Bus and Truck Driving skills and hold a valid, appropriate driving license for commercial passenger vehicles.Candidates should possess Defensive Driving skills and demonstrate a strong commitment to passenger safety and adherence to traffic regulations.Candidates should possess Driver Training experience or formal driver education and be familiar with standard operating procedures for shuttle services.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact courteously with guests, respond to inquiries, and provide assistance as needed.Previous experience as a shuttle, bus, or commercial driver in a hospitality or service environment is preferred.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and to stand, walk, and lift luggage as required.Good communication skills in English; additional language abilities are an advantage.A clean driving record and the ability to pass any required background or medical checks.
