Job Title : Compensation & Benefits AdministratorLocation : Dubai,UAESalary : AED 20000+benefitsJob PurposeThe Compensation & Benefits Administrator is responsible for the accurate and efficient administration of employee compensation, benefits, payroll-related activities, and HR programs. The role ensures employees receive their salaries, allowances, incentives, and benefits accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister employee compensation and benefits programs in accordance with company policies.Maintain accurate employee salary, allowance, benefits, and deduction records.Process and verify salary changes, promotions, increments, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation adjustments.Support monthly payroll processing by providing accurate compensation and employee data.Administer employee benefits such as medical insurance, life insurance, leave benefits, allowances, gratuity, and other company-provided benefits.Coordinate employee enrolment, changes, and cancellations for benefit programs.Respond to employee queries regarding salary, benefits, deductions, insurance, and compensation policies.Maintain confidential employee compensation and benefits information.Prepare compensation and benefits reports, analyses, and HR metrics for management.Assist with annual salary reviews, merit increases, and compensation benchmarking exercises.Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.Monitor benefits costs and identify opportunities for cost efficiency without compromising employee value.Liaise with payroll, finance, insurance providers, HR teams, and external service providers as required.Ensure compensation and benefits processes comply with applicable labour laws and company regulations.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Previous experience -min 1-2years- in compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR administration.Good knowledge of salary administration and employee benefits.Candidate must have strong numerical and analytical skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
