Compiler EngineerLocation: Zürich, Switzerland Working Model: Hybrid / OnsiteI’m supporting a well-funded deep-tech company in Zürich that is building a new compute platform focused on improving performance, latency and energy efficiency across AI and signal-processing workloads.The role sits at the centre of their compiler stack, working closely with hardware and architecture teams to help map real-world workloads efficiently onto custom silicon. They are looking for a senior Compiler Engineer with experience across areas such as:MLIR LLVMCompiler pipeline designLowering AI or DSP operationsCode generation and kernel developmentPerformance optimisationBenchmarking, profiling and regression infrastructureHW/SW co-designStrong C++ and Python experience would be important, along with a solid understanding of low-level systems, memory, performance and working from hardware specs.This would suit someone who enjoys building compiler technology that has a direct impact on real hardware performance.Feel free to message me if you’d be open to hearing more.
