Senior Compiler / Optimization Engineer (Edge AI Systems)US-based or Remote | Full-timeSalary: $250kWe’re partnering with a fast-growing deep-tech company building a novel general-purpose neural processing architecture designed for real-time, edge and embedded AI workloads. The platform uniquely executes both neural network graphs and conventional C++ control/DSP code, enabling flexible, high-performance deployment across a wide range of devices.This is a hands-on role for a senior engineer who enjoys lowering, optimizing, and extracting maximum performance from custom hardware.What you’ll work on (Compiler Engineer)Lower and optimize deep neural networks for a custom parallel processing architectureDesign and implement algorithmic and mathematical optimization passesSolve complex, NP-hard scheduling and mapping problems using practical heuristicsOptimize graph-based execution for performance, memory, and parallelismCollaborate closely with software and architecture teamsBackground (Compiler Engineer)Strong experience in compiler or performance optimization rolesDeep knowledge of algorithms, graphs, and numerical optimizationExperience with ML and classical workloads (e.g. DNNs, CV, DSP)If this position sounds of interest then please reach out to Harry Hansford @ IC Resources.
