You'll help build a next-generation compiler stack alongside world-class compiler and systems engineers from leading semiconductor companies.This is a unique opportunity to solve difficult optimisation problems at the intersection of AI software and modern hardware.The RoleDevelop Optimisation Passes: Design and implement compiler transformations that improve execution efficiency and overall performance.Advance Compiler Infrastructure: Improve intermediate representations and optimisation pipelines to support increasingly complex AI workloads.Performance Engineering: Analyse compiler output to identify optimisation opportunities across compute, memory and execution.Collaborate Across the Stack: Work closely with compiler, runtime and systems engineers to build a highly efficient end-to-end compilation pipeline.RequirementsDegree in Computer Science/Engineering3+ years working on compiler technologies4+ years commercial C/C++ experience (C++14 or newer)Strong understanding of compiler optimisation techniques and intermediate representationsExperience with optimisation passes, graph transformations or program analysisFamiliarity with LLVM, MLIR or similar compiler infrastructure
