Completion Lead

Job Purpose:Responsible for managing and coordinating completion activities to ensure all systems and subsystems are properly tracked, documented, tested, and handed over in accordance with project requirements, completion procedures, and commissioning milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and manage the ICAPS© completion database in accordance with OPERCOM™ methodology.Define system boundaries, completion sequences, and handover criteria in coordination with relevant teams.Review completion procedures, punch list workflows, preservation plans, and completion dossiers.Supervise the completions support team and coordinate activities with construction, quality, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and operations teams.Monitor system completion progress, punch list clearance, and key handover milestones.Ensure accurate completion records, documentation, KPIs, and progress reporting.Coordinate system handovers and ensure readiness for commissioning and operations.Promote effective interface management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.Qualifications and Experience:Engineering degree or equivalent technical background; experienced technicians may be considered.Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects, with a focus on completions, commissioning, or construction.Strong knowledge of OPERCOM™ methodology and ICAPS© software is mandatory.Proven experience in completion management and coordination with contractors.Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and reporting skills.Fluency in English language is mandatory.
