Interns who perform well may be offered a full-time position at the end of the programme, subject to performance and business needs.Responsibilities of the role:Assist, under supervision, in drafting, reviewing and maintaining commercial contracts, including leases, service agreements and supplier contractsSupport the tracking of contract obligations, renewals and key datesHelp conduct compliance checks, due diligence, and KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) checks on tenants, vendors and partnersContribute to maintaining internal policies and procedures in line with applicable laws and regulationsResearch legal and regulatory developments relevant to real estate and summarize key points for the teamMaintain accurate contract records and compliance documentationSupport internal audits, reporting and ad hoc projects as neededQualificationsA bachelor's or master's degree in law, Compliance or a related field, completed within the last 12 monthsPrevious internship or practical experience in a legal, compliance or contracts setting is an advantageA genuine interest in building a career in compliance and contracts, ideally within real estateStrong attention to detail and good organizational skillsClear written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is an advantage)Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeDiscretion when handling confidential informationA proactive, curious approach and willingness to learnWhy Join UsAt Cushman & Wakefield Core, you’ll learn from experienced legal and compliance professionals and see how contracts and compliance underpin every leasing, advisory and property management mandate we deliver.
