قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجRole PurposeThe Compliance Officer & Money Laundering Reporting Officer (CO/MLRO) is responsible for leading the regulatory compliance and financial crime framework for DK’s regulated entity in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). As the designated CO/MLRO, the role provides independent oversight of regulatory and ML/TF risks, advises the Board and Senior Management on compliance matters, and serves as a key liaison with the FSRA and other relevant authorities. The role is based in the United Arab Emirates and plays a critical part in maintaining strong regulatory standards while supporting the sustainable growth of DK’s ADGM business.Key ResponsibilitiesBe the responsible party for DK’s regulatory and financial crime compliance for the regulated entity.The candidate should be well-versed in the local regulations, and practically address regulatory obligations with appropriate risk analysis.Advise DK Board and Senior Management on local regulatory requirements, local entity risksHandle all regulatory and financial crime compliance that includes, but not limited to, governance, local policy and procedural addendums, business conduct, product compliance, business-wide risk assessment, customer and transaction reviews, management information reporting, suspicious activity reporting, other regulatory reporting.Act as the primary point of contact for the relevant authorities.Identify, investigate and escalate regulatory breaches and financial crime risks.Promote a strong compliance culture.Work on other ad-hoc projects as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degree.Minimum 8 years of relevant compliance/ML/TF experience in financial services.Previous experience as a CO/MLRO will be advantageous.Strong knowledge of ADGM/FSRA and global compliance and ML/TF requirements.Demonstrates curiosity, takes initiative, and exhibits strong ownership.Ability to “connect the dots”, make sense of complex investigations, and identify red flags.High standards of integrity and professionalism.Strong understanding of sanctions, financial crime risk, regulatory compliance and governance.Strong judgement, integrity, communication and stakeholder-management skills.CAMS certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
