Compliance & Performance Manager - Facilities Management

Required to join a Facilities Management company managing services on behalf of a prestigious client in Al Ula. They are seeking a Saudi National to develop a comprehensive contract compliance and performance management framework.This role ensures service providers meet contractual obligations, comply with applicable regulations, and deliver services in line with agreed-upon standards.The Manager will conduct audits, monitor KPIs, and provide regular compliance and performance reports to support continuous improvement and operational excellenceApplicants should meet the following criteriaBachelor’s degree in a related field or extensive industry experience with demonstrated technical capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, OutlookKnowledge of CAFM/EAM systems and asset management principleMinimum of 15 years of related experience in asset management or facilities managementStrong analytical skillsHighly skilled in technical specifications of installationExcellent communication skillsStrong time-management skillsDetail oriented and highly organisedSkilled in negotiation and project management
