قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجRole Description: As a Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the organization’s compliance and governance activities by monitoring regulatory requirements, assessing compliance risks, and helping ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will conduct reviews of business processes, transactions, and operational activities to identify potential compliance issues and support the implementation of effective controls and corrective actions.You will perform compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and control testing activities to evaluate the effectiveness of existing compliance frameworks and identify opportunities for improvement. You will analyze regulatory developments, industry standards, and internal policies, providing insights and recommendations to support ongoing compliance efforts. In addition, you will assist in maintaining compliance documentation, policies, procedures, and records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory readiness.You will collaborate closely with legal, risk, audit, operations, and business teams to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into daily activities and business processes. You will support investigations into compliance-related matters, conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and contribute to the development of compliance dashboards and management reporting. Furthermore, you will assist in delivering compliance awareness initiatives, helping to promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct throughout the organization.This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex regulatory information. You will play an important role in helping the organization manage regulatory obligations, strengthen internal controls, and mitigate compliance-related risks.Qualifications: Strong academic background in law, business administration, finance, economics, accounting, risk management, or related disciplines. Strong understanding of compliance principles, regulatory frameworks, governance practices, and internal control concepts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and evaluate compliance-related issues. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation, analysis, and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and professionally. Familiarity with compliance monitoring processes, risk assessment methodologies, audit practices, and regulatory requirements is advantageous. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data analysis platforms is beneficial. High level of integrity, ethical judgment, and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while maintaining objectivity and independence in assessments. Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and compliance excellence.
