We value ownership, speed, curiosity, operational excellence, and people who thrive in high-accountability environments.About the RoleThe Regulatory Compliance Analyst will support the day-to-day execution of Kredete's compliance program by coordinating licensing activities, monitoring regulatory developments, maintaining compliance documentation, preparing regulatory filings, and supporting regulatory examinations and internal governance initiatives.The ideal candidate has experience in fintech, payments, banking, or another regulated financial services environment and enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly regulated business.What You Will DoCoordinate and maintain all licensing, registration, and authorization requirements across Kredete's operating jurisdictions, ensuring applications, renewals, and ongoing obligations are completed accurately and on time.Continuously monitor regulatory, legislative, and industry developments across all jurisdictions where Kredete operates, assess their impact, and communicate required actions to relevant stakeholders.Review, update, and maintain the Company's compliance policies, procedures, and control documents to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices across all jurisdictions.Prepare and maintain compliance training materials, guidance documents, and awareness resources, supporting the delivery of regular training programs for employees.Conduct independent, risk-based quality control reviews of the work performed by Compliance Officers to ensure adherence to internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and established service level standards, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions where necessary.Coordinate the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, including annual reports, license renewals, certifications, examination responses, regulatory questionnaires, and other mandatory submissions, obtaining and validating required data from relevant compliance personnel before submission.Compile and prepare the consolidated monthly Compliance Report, providing analysis of key metrics, regulatory developments, licensing status, monitoring activities, outstanding issues, and compliance risks.Coordinate responses to regulatory examinations, audits, and information requests by gathering documentation, tracking remediation activities, and ensuring timely completion of action items.Maintain accurate compliance registers, including licensing trackers, regulatory obligation registers, policy registers, regulatory correspondence, compliance calendars, and evidence supporting regulatory compliance activities.Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes, governance frameworks, reporting, and operational efficiency while supporting special compliance projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.Who You Are:Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.3-5 years of compliance experience within fintech, banking, payments, financial services, or another regulated industry.Experience managing licensing and regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions.Experience preparing regulatory filings and regulator-facing documentation.Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and governance practices.Experience drafting compliance policies and procedures.Excellent written communication and regulatory documentation skills.Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple regulatory priorities simultaneously.High attention to detail and accuracy.Nice To HaveCAMS, CRCM, ICA, or equivalent compliance certification (or actively pursuing one)Experience supporting money transmitter licensing (MTL), payments, banking, stablecoin, or digital asset businesses.Experience interacting directly with regulators and external auditors.Experience working within a high-growth fintech environment.What We OfferWork directly with senior leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives.Gain exposure to fundraising, investor relations, international expansion, and product strategy.Help shape the future of cross-border financial infrastructure.Join a fast-growing company where strong performers are given ownership, visibility, and opportunities for growth.Competitive Compensation(Compensation based on experience, qualifications, and location.)Opportunity: At Kredete, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
