This role offers exposure across compliance advisory, incident and breach management, remediation programs, governance initiatives and regulatory engagement.The RoleReporting to the Head of Compliance and Governance, you will support the organisation's compliance framework through the coordination of compliance projects, incident management, breach reporting, remediation activities, and advisory support.This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across compliance operations, governance, regulatory obligations, and stakeholder engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate compliance projects and remediation initiativesManage compliance incidents, breaches, complaints, and regulatory matters through to resolutionSupport breach reporting and regulatory notification obligations.Provide compliance advice and guidance to business stakeholders.Track remediation actions arising from audits, incidents, complaints, and regulatory reviews.Maintain compliance registers, action plans, and governance documentation.Prepare management reporting and regulatory response documentation.Drive continuous improvement across compliance processes and frameworks.About YouExperience in Compliance, Risk, Governance, Remediation, Regulatory Affairs, or Compliance Advisory.Background in financial services or another regulated industry.Strong understanding of regulatory obligations, compliance frameworks, and governance requirements.Experience managing incidents, breaches, complaints, or remediation activities.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approachWhy ApplyBroad and varied compliance roleExposure to advisory, governance, regulatory, and remediation activities.Opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders.Genuine scope to influence compliance outcomes and business improvement.Supportive team environment with strong professional development opportunities.As one of Sydney’s most trusted Executive Search & Selection firms, we are regularly engaged on new in‑house opportunities across a broad range of organisations.
