In this role, you will support our compliance and financial crime prevention activities, ensuring that our operations remain aligned with AML/CFT regulations, sanctions requirements, and internal policies.You will play a key role in reviewing alerts, performing KYC checks, and monitoring client activity to ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-growing payments environment.What You’ll DoReview and analyze sanctions screening alerts and escalate potential risks when required.Support KYC and client onboarding processes, ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements.Perform client risk assessments and periodic reviews.Monitor customer activity to identify unusual or potentially suspicious transactions.Assist with regulatory reporting and compliance documentation.Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and policies.Work closely with internal teams to promote a strong compliance culture across the organization.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.2+ years of experience in compliance, AML/KYC, or financial crime roles within a bank, fintech, or financial institution.Good understanding of customer onboarding, KYC processes, and transaction monitoring.Familiarity with AML/CFT regulations and the Moroccan financial regulatory environment (Bank Al-Maghrib).Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).Why Join Pay10?Work in a fast-growing global fintech environmentExposure to international payment systems and regulatory frameworksOpportunity to grow within a dynamic and technology-driven company
