Compliance Analyst

Shift Information:Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours, Onsite Position!Pay range starts at $40+/hr!12+ Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time. Job Description:Position is primarily responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of compliance data from multiple sources, identifying trends, and developing metrics and reporting for key stakeholders. Position will also be responsible for supporting day-to-day commercial compliance activities, identifying compliance concerns, developing communications and training, and assisting with audit preparation and remediation. Position will be in charge of managing multiple compliance workflows and projects while collaborating with commercial, legal, financial compliance, and ethics stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure compliance controls are followed. Qualifications:Experience analyzing large sets of data with strong written and verbal communication skills is required!Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel with Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint is required!Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously and coordinate actions with subject matter experts is required!Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience is required!2+ years of pharmaceutical or related industry experience is preferred!Experience supporting compliance monitoring, audits, or commercial compliance activities is preferred!Who We Are:The Fountain Group is a nationwide staffing firm based out of Tampa, FL 33607 with over 80 Fortune 100-500 clients.
