With a strong global footprint and institutional-grade infrastructure, we bridge traditional finance and digital assets, offering seamless, regulatory-compliant, and secure solutions to our partners and clients.About the RoleWe are looking for a Compliance Analyst to support our Head of Compliance. This is a support role, and we are being straight about that. The Head of Compliance holds the PCF-12 responsibility and sets the direction of the function. Your job is to be the second pair of hands that makes the compliance function run day to day: preparing the drafts, pulling and reconciling the data, chasing the actions, holding the calendar, and making sure nothing arrives at a deadline unfinished. The weight of the role sits on regulatory compliance rather than financial crime operations. You will spend most of your time on monitoring, regulatory returns, board reporting and policy work, with financial crime as a secondary strand.Reporting line: Head of ComplianceWhat Makes You Successful in This RoleYou are organised in a way other people notice. You keep a calendar of deadlines and you are the reason things do not slip, including when the person holding the source data has not replied to you yet. You are comfortable holding colleagues to a date without needing to be asked twice. You are exact about detail, particularly with numbers. Regulatory returns are unforgiving, and you would rather spend an extra hour reconciling a variance than explain it after submission. You write well. A material part of this role is drafting documents that will be reviewed by the Head of Compliance and eventually read by a regulator. Clear, plain, accurate writing matters more here than it does in most analyst roles. You work well in a support capacity. You can pick up a task, get most of the way there on your own, and come back with specific questions rather than either stalling or guessing. You take review and correction as how you get better, not as a problem. Escalating early is the expected behaviour here, not a failure. You are genuinely interested in the regulatory side of digital assets. This is a small team inside a newly licensed MiCA entity with a second authorisation in progress.
