Compliance Analyst (Mandarin Speaking) - Financial ServicesWe're partnering with a fast-growing, globally recognised financial services firm to hire a Compliance Analyst to join their high-performing team in Sydney.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in CFD/FX trading environments who is looking to deepen their compliance expertise within a dynamic, international business.The RoleYou'll play a key role in supporting the firm's compliance framework across trading operations, working closely with internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.Key responsibilities include:Monitoring and reviewing compliance with regulatory obligations in a CFD/FX environmentSupporting the implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and controlsAssisting with regulatory reporting and internal compliance reviewsProviding compliance guidance to front office and operational teamsLiaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, including clients and offshore teamsSupporting AML/CTF processes (transaction monitoring, KYC reviews, escalations)About You2-5 years' experience in a compliance role within financial servicesStrong knowledge of CFD and/or FX trading products (essential)Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)Exposure to AML/CTF obligations (even if not your core focus)Understanding of Australian financial services regulations (ASIC exposure beneficial)Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentBy clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
