Job SummaryExpress Food Company (ALBAIK) is looking for an experienced Compliance and Governance Section Head to lead the Company's governance, compliance and risk. This role owns policy development, regulatory monitoring, enterprise risk management, third party compliance and breach investigation protecting the Company’s reputation and license to operate as one of the region's fastest growing QSR businesses.PurposeTo lead the day-to-day application of the Company's governance, compliance and risk framework, ensuring strong internal controls while supporting sustainable, compliant growth.Why Join UsAt Express Food Company, Compliance and Governance is a strategic function that protects the business as it scales. Key Responsibilities

Draft, review and update internal policies, governance manuals and codes of professional conduct.Develop and administer the corporate compliance program, measuring adherence and recommending control improvements.Monitor regulatory changes in all countries where Express Food Company (ALBAIK) operates, and recommend compliance actions.Build and maintain the corporate risk register, with focus on operational, supply chain, transport and storage risks.Design compliance/risk indicators and prepare periodic reports and dashboards.Conduct and supervise investigations into compliance and risk breaches, with root cause analysis.Review operational, logistics and commercial contracts from a risk and compliance perspective.Manage third party compliance through scheduled and unannounced audits.Follow up audit and regulatory observations through to closure.Support compliance under the ALBAIK License Agreement and BFS requirements.Deliver governance, risk and compliance awareness/training programmes.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Risk Management or related field.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in governance, risk, compliance or internal audit, including supervisory experience.Experience in food, retail, supply chain or logistics environments preferred.Demonstrated experience in policy and governance framework design.Strong knowledge of KSA laws, awareness of Bahrain requirements, and familiarity with GRC frameworks.Practical experience with advanced Excel skills.Fluent in Arabic and English.Saudi nationality required; GRCP, CCEP, CRMA or ISO 31000 certification preferred.
