Industry: Facilities ManagementJob Title: Compliance & Performance ManagerPosition Reports to: Senior Manager-StrategyLocation: Al Ula, Madinah Province, Saudi ArabiaSUMMARY: Compliance and Performance Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive contract compliance and performance management framework. This role ensures service providers meet contractual obligations, comply with applicable regulations, and deliver services in line with agreed-upon standards. The Manager will conduct audits, monitor KPIs, and provide regular compliance and performance reports to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive contract compliance management frameworkCreate compliance checklists to review service provider documentation and ensure adherence to contract requirementsPlan and implement external and internal audits to ensure compliance with bylaws, guidelines, and contractual obligationsMonitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with the contract, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and bylawsEstablish a performance management process to evaluate and record service provider performance against the scope, output specifications, and service level agreements (SLAs)Conduct planned and ad hoc audits and inspections of service provider performance, tracking results against key performance indicatorsConduct quality and compliance inspections to ensure adherence to applicable regulations, codes, standards, and best practicesDevelop and deliver monthly compliance and performance management reportsIdentify performance trends and recommend improvement plans to enhance service delivery quality and efficiencyCollaborate with service providers and internal stakeholders to address compliance and performance issuesFacilitate feedback on service delivery and ensure corrective actions are implemented as needed.EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE:Bachelor’s degree in a related field or extensive industry experience with demonstrated technical capabilitiesKnowledge of CAFM/EAM systems and asset management principlesWorking knowledge of business and data intelligence softwareProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook).EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 05 years of related experience in asset management or facilities management.SKILLS/ABILITIES:Strong analytical skillsHighly skilled in technical specifications of installations.Excellent communication skillsStrong time-management skillsDetail oriented and highly organizedSkilled in negotiation and project managementExcellent critical thinking skills.All interested applicants can also email their CVs to careers.escl@dhowsolutions.com with a subject line of “Compliance & Performance Manager” mentioning their availability.
