Compliance and Risk Analyst

Paris headquartered asset management firm who are part of a larger European financial services group. Roles and ResponsibilitiesDraft compliance policy mappings, procedures, and operational methods in collaboration with operational teamsParticipate in the production of regulatory reporting for the AMF and ACPR as well as non-regulatory reportingAssist the European Risk and Compliance Manager by raising awareness, performing controls, and ensuring that the risk management framework is effective and operational, which includes the Risk & Control Self-Assessment FrameworkAssist with the collation of Key Risk Indicators and risk meeting data pointsCollecting and analysing incidents to ensure that relevant lessons are learnt; agreed action plans monitoring and escalating the issues to the management attention when necessaryAssist with the preparation of risk presentations and case studies of incidentsKey skills and experience required are:Education: Bac+5 in finance, management, law, audit or any other relevant diploma3+ years’ experience in regulatory compliance - asset management, investment banking or payment services would be an advantageExperience in non-financial risk management concepts (RCSA, incident management, risk indicators)Languages: fluency in French and English is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillssimon.bradbury@rolyrecruitment.com
