JOB PURPOSEThe Compliance Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate, audit-ready organizational data and compliance documentation across multiple proprietary systems. In this role, you will support regulatory requirements and operational growth by managing vendor lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional projects, and conducting process audits. Additionally, you will serve as a central hub for multiple existing and new SOC audit across processes such as internal audit, regulatory requirements, information gathering, cross-team communications and leading select organizational initiatives. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProfile, tasks and repository maintenance across different platformsInternal document audits including version maintenanceCompliance master sheet maintenance for multiple proprietary systemsMonitor and track completion of recurring compliance activitiesAttend meetings with stakeholder as requiredUpdate and draft compliance documents and minutes following compliance meetings with stakeholdersFrench translation coordination including touchpoint meetings with stakeholdersAnswer incoming phone calls and email inquiries as requiredDocument internal operations in proprietary systemsThird-party due diligenceSystem data alignment ensuring client information is consistent across all internal systemsUser on and off boarding management including workflows, permissions and logsAnnual Acknowledgement maintenanceAdministrative & project coordination Compliance & website inquiries  REQUIREMENTSDegree or diploma in BCom, BBA, or a related field.Experience in operations, compliance, or project coordination role is highly desirable.Experience supporting internal or external audits is highly desirable.Experience assisting with data entry, data cleansing, or system migrations is highly desirable.Proficiency in document control systems and version management protocols.Ability to manage data across multiple platformsPrecision in drafting meeting minutes, updating and verifying compliance documents.Ability to handle sensitive operational data with strict confidentiality.Proactive approach to identifying data inconsistencies across internal systems.Comfortable providing cross-functional support and pivoting between administrative tasks and high-level project coordination.Experience successfully managing multiple prioritiesAbility to use a process-driven approach using excellent problem-solving skillsAbility to embrace change and take initiative to make continual improvementsDemonstrated history of taking ownership of responsibilities and driving tasks to completionExcellent communication and active listening skillsPay: $50,000–$55,000Status: Current vacancyAI: Not used in Job ScreeningCanadian experience: Not requiredInterview outcome: Within 45 daysEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY DISCLAIMERInfinite Investment Systems Ltd.
