The Compliance Consultant will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, providing compliance management support, conducting analysis on compliance issues, communicating compliance requirements and standards, and working closely with the finance and legal departments.The role requires :Understanding the UAE and international laws with respect to Anti Money Laundering and Responsible SourcingUnderstanding how regulatory requirements impact different categories of businessesAssisting in the preparation of AML and Responsible Sourcing compliance policy of clientsAssisting in the preparation of Client Due Diligence Program for clientsDetermining compliance metrics and establish a system for tracking themPerforming compliance audits to determine whether establish protocols are being followed and where they can be improvedMaintaining up to date written documentation and policies related to the organization's business activitiesQualificationsExpertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory ComplianceAnalytical Skills and Attention to DetailExcellent Communication and Interpersonal SkillsStrong knowledge of FinanceBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Economics, or Business Administration)Professional certification in compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional or Compliance Certification Board) is a plusExperience working in risk management or regulatory compliance is highly desirable
