Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole Description The Compliance Director at NESF | نصف will oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of the organization’s compliance framework, with a focus on legal, regulatory, and financial obligations. In this part-time remote role, the Compliance Director will review and update policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, and ensure that internal processes align with applicable laws and regulations. This role will involve preparing compliance reports, advising leadership on emerging regulatory issues, and coordinating responses to audits or inquiries from regulatory bodies. The Compliance Director will collaborate with finance and operations teams to address compliance gaps, provide guidance and training on compliance standards, and support ethical decision-making across the organization. Regular monitoring of compliance performance metrics and recommending improvements will be a core part of the day-to-day responsibilities.Qualifications Strong expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance, with a proven ability to design and maintain comprehensive compliance programs.Demonstrated Legal Compliance experience, including interpreting laws, regulations, and contractual obligations relevant to organizational activities.Advanced Analytical Skills to assess risk, evaluate control effectiveness, and translate complex regulatory requirements into practical procedures.Solid understanding of Finance and its intersection with compliance, including financial controls, reporting standards, and risk management.Experience in a compliance leadership role, ideally within financial services, nonprofit, or similarly regulated sectors.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear policies, reports, and guidance for diverse stakeholders.High level of integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity.Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCM, or equivalent) are an advantage.
