The role contributes to maintaining a strong compliance culture and ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.Key Accountabilities:Execute the annual compliance monitoring and testing plan in accordance with the approved scope, schedule, and compliance methodology.Conduct risk-based compliance reviews and field testing across business units to assess compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and internal controls.Document testing procedures, evidence, observations, and findings in accordance with established quality standards.Analyze compliance gaps, identify root causes, and prepare risk-based reports with practical recommendations for corrective actions.Monitor and follow up on compliance findings to ensure timely closure within agreed service levels, escalating overdue or high-risk issues when required.Maintain and update the organization's compliance universe by identifying and tracking applicable legal, regulatory, and policy obligations.Prepare compliance reports, regulatory submissions, dashboards, and performance metrics for management and regulatory authorities.Coordinate compliance audits and regulatory inspections by preparing documentation, organizing evidence, and supporting inspection activities.Provide guidance to business units on compliance requirements and promote awareness of compliance obligations.Monitor regulatory developments and recommend updates to compliance controls, policies, and procedures.Minimum Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, internal control, risk management, or audit.
