The role will commence in August 2027. Please ensure that you have read and understood the requirements of the role before applying.Core Specific Responsibilities:Supporting the implementation and assurance of all compliance management subprocesses including enterprise compliance planning, tone from the top management, new starter compliance training, compliance topic management, compliance risk assessments, compliance training, compliance communications, incident management, the business partner check system and politically exposed persons process, gift management process, compliance auditing, and compliance reportingManaging the Compliance Helpdesk, logging queries and taking a proactive role in dealing with enquiries/issues with a view to assisting with their resolutionPerforming data protection impact assessments, managing Data Subject Access Requests, supporting maintenance of the Porsche UK Group companies' Record of Processing and assisting with the investigation, resolution and reporting of data privacy complaints and breachesPreparing Compliance Committee reports and presentationsSupporting the organisation of face-to-face training events, including invitation management and the completion and logging of training registersPreparing legal/compliance summary updates on relevant topicsSupporting the submission of reports to the Financial Conduct Authority, including the RMAR and Financial Resilience Reports. Also assisting in the handling of complaints received by the Financial Ombudsman ServicePreparing PowerPoint presentations, as required, using a high level of creativity to communicate key messages in an effective and memorable manner, and in compliance with house stylesDealing effectively and professionally with all internal (UK and Porsche AG) stakeholders and external parties, creating strong working relationshipsCopying, scanning, emailing, filing and processing documentsWorking in Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel, as well as the Legal Department's document management system (OpenText/eDOCS)Taking minutes of meetings, as requiredUpdating the Compliance intranet pagesCore Competency Levels:Communicating & Influencing Decision Making/Problem solving Working In Teams Striving for Excellence Planning & Organising Delivering Excellent Service Commercial Awareness Developing Self & Others RequirementsMinimum QualificationsCompleting a university degree (in business administration or business studies)Strong problem-solving skills, with the confidence to seek resolutions to issues without being asked to do soConfidence to work with business directors and senior management teamsExcellent organisational abilityHigh level of PC skills, including MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS ExcelStrong written and oral communication skillsPreferred SkillsSophisticated interpersonal skills and a good level of cross-cultural understandingStrength of character, to manage conflict in a calm and effective mannerPro-active approach to work, anticipating future challenges and requirements and flagging them earlyA naturally inquisitive mind with a desire to understand the operation of all aspects of the business.
