Compliance Manager

I am seeking a Loss Prevention and Compliance Manager for my client in Dubai. MUST have experience working in food service companies.The company has an impressive collection of restaurants operating across the MENA region, central kitchens in several countries and a number of new outlets to be opened, all adding to the existing portfolio for this top-class franchise.The Regional Loss Prevention & Compliance Manager is responsible for establishing, leading and continuously enhancing the Company's regional compliance, governance, loss prevention and internal control framework across all operating markets.The role ensures the business operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, brand standards and internal controls while safeguarding company assets, minimizing operational and financial risks, preventing fraud and driving a culture of accountability and operational excellence.This position serves as the custodian of all operational policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), audit frameworks and compliance governance across the Group, ensuring consistency, transparency and continuous improvement throughout the organization.If you have not heard back from Eagles Spearing Management within 7 working days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has been unsuccessful.
