Compliance Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join a leading investment firm based in DIFC, Dubai.This position is focused on regulatory compliance within fundraising and investment activities rather than being a traditional AML-focused compliance role. We are therefore specifically looking for candidates who have worked closely with fundraising, capital raising, fund structuring and investment activities.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee regulatory compliance across fundraising and capital-raising activitiesSupport fund structuring, private placements and investment productsEnsure fundraising and investor-related activities comply with DIFC/DFSA regulatory requirementsReview marketing, fundraising and investor documentation from a compliance perspectiveProvide regulatory guidance to investment, fundraising and senior management teamsSupport the development and implementation of compliance policies and frameworksLiaise with regulators and relevant internal/external stakeholdersMonitor regulatory developments affecting funds, investments and capital raisingRequirementsProven fundraising compliance experience is mandatoryStrong knowledge of DIFC / DFSA regulationsExperience with fund structuring, capital raising, private placements and investment productsBackground within Private Equity, Alternative Investments, Asset Management, Fund Management or Investment ManagementStrong commercial understanding of investment and fundraising activitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skillsUAE/DIFC experience strongly preferredSalary: Up to AED 35,000 per monthImportant: Please apply only if you have direct fundraising-related experience.
