IS HIRING | COMPLIANCE MANAGER (FINTECH)📍 Location: Ho Chi Minh City | Onsite💼 Employment Type: Full-time🎯 Experience: 6+ years🏦 Industry: FinTech | Payment Platform | E-Wallet | Payment Gateway🔎 JOB DETAILSWe are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager (FinTech) to join NewEra and take ownership of compliance risk management across our Payment Platform, including E-Wallet and Payment Gateway operations.This role is ideal for someone who has strong hands-on experience in payment operations, compliance, risk management, AML, fraud risk, and a solid understanding of SBV regulations.💼 WHAT YOU'LL DO🔹 Operation Risk ControlMonitor and control transaction fraud risk across the Payment Platform.Monitor and control Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risks.Review and assess compliance risks related to payment activities.Support internal and external audit activities.🔹 Regulation & Policy AssessmentReview, assess, and re-issue policies, regulations, and processes from a compliance perspective.Recommend necessary improvements to ensure compliance with SBV laws and regulations.Ensure internal regulations are properly implemented, monitored, and maintained.🔹 Reporting & Risk AnalysisPrepare internal compliance risk reports and assess risk trends.Propose solutions to prevent and mitigate compliance risks.Prepare external compliance reports for SBV and other stakeholders.Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly compliance risk reports to BoM/BoD.🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR6+ years of experience in payment operations or related roles within banks, e-wallets, payment fintechs, or similar financial institutions.Hands-on experience in risk management and compliance.Strong understanding of regulations related to the payment industry.Experience working with payment gateways or banking integrations.Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with Tech, Product, Bank Partners, and other stakeholders.Familiarity with ERP or financial management systems is a plus.Knowledge of SQL/R, Power BI, or other data analysis tools is a plus.English proficiency for reading and working with technical/financial documentation.🌟 WHY NEWERA?At NewEra, Compliance isn't just about checking boxes — it's about building a secure, scalable, and trustworthy payment ecosystem.You'll have the opportunity to work closely with Technology, Product, Operations, and Banking partners, directly contributing to how a modern FinTech payment platform manages risk and compliance.📩 Interested or know someone who might be a great fit?Feel free to DM me or send your CV to: ha.nt@newera.incLet's build the future of FinTech together. 🚀#NewEraInc #Hiring #ComplianceManager #Compliance #FinTech #RiskManagement #AML #FraudRisk #Payment #PaymentGateway #Ewallet #Banking #SBV #HoChiMinhCity #VietnamJobs #FinTechJobs
