Compliance Manager

JCW Group is partnering with a regional bank on a search for a Compliance Manager to lead their Compliance Department and help manage regulatory risk across federal/state banking regulations.

Job Responsibilities

Own and evolve the bank's comprehensive compliance programTrack regulatory changes and translate them into policy updatesServe as the compliance voice to senior management and the BoardLead self-testing, audits, and exam prep/responseManage a team including Compliance Specialists and an HMDA Specialist

Job Requirements

5+ years of related compliance experienceB.S./B.A. in a related field (or equivalent)Strong working knowledge of banking regulations and the ability to interpret regulatory/legal documentsCertified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCM) preferredProven people-management and cross-functional leadership skills
