Job Title: Compliance Unit ManagerCompany Name: Elsewedy Electric E&CJob Purpose: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of governance frameworks, Lead compliance assurance, audit, and investigation activities across the E&C Sector to ensure adherence to approved governance frameworks, policies, procedures, management systems, and regulatory requirements.Key Accountabilities: Lead sector-wide compliance monitoring, audit, and assurance programs.Ensure compliance with approved governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and management systems.Oversee investigations of reported compliance concerns and deviations.Monitor audit findings and corrective action effectiveness across Business Units.Provide compliance performance reporting and recommendations to sector leadership.Promote a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.HSE Responsibilities Comply with all applicable Elsewedy Electric QHSE policies, procedures, and requirements.Promote a safe working environment and report any identified risks or unsafe conditions.Support continuous improvement of health, safety, environmental, and quality performance.Participate in relevant QHSE awareness and compliance activities.
Job Requirements
- Years of experience: 8–12 years in Auditing, Compliance, Governance, Quality Assurance, or Assurance Functions-Preferred Experience within EPC, construction, infrastructure, industrial, or engineering environments.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.-Preferred Master's Degree in Business AdministrationCertificates:-ISO 9001 Lead Auditor-Preferred CIA, Compliance Certification, ISO Lead Auditor Certification.Computer skills:
