Compliance ManagerHouston, TX (On-Site)Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000A growing public company is seeking a Compliance Manager to help drive and strengthen its corporate ethics and compliance program. This individual will play a key role in developing compliance initiatives, managing risk assessments, supporting investigations, and promoting a culture of integrity across the organization.This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional who enjoys working cross-functionally, influencing business stakeholders, and helping build scalable compliance programs within a dynamic corporate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise-wide compliance and ethics programs.Manage compliance initiatives related to anti-bribery, anti-corruption, sanctions, and internal policies.Conduct risk assessments and assist with the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of compliance risks.Lead or support internal compliance reviews and investigations, documenting findings and recommendations.Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs for employees.Partner with legal, HR, finance, and business leaders to promote compliance best practices and ethical decision-making.Monitor regulatory developments and help ensure policies and procedures remain current and effective.Contribute to a culture of accountability, transparency, and ethical conduct throughout the organization.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.Corporate experience in compliance, ethics, legal, audit, risk management, or a related function.Working knowledge of compliance program design, risk assessments, investigations, and policy management.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and levels of an organization.Experience supporting compliance initiatives within a complex or multi-location business environment is preferred.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary of $120,000 - $140,000, plus annual bonusComprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to join a growing public company with strong visibility and career growth potentialOn-site position located in Houston, Texas
