Compliance Manager

Company Overview:Our client, a globally recognised investment manager, are currently looking to hire a Compliance manager for their Irish ManCo.

Responsibilities

Support the Compliance framework across UCITS, AIFM and MiFID activities.Conduct compliance monitoring reviews and provide regulatory advice to the business.Assist with AML/CTF oversight, delegate monitoring and regulatory reporting.Prepare Board, Committee and regulatory compliance reports.Monitor regulatory developments and support implementation of new requirements.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, regulators and third-party service providers.

Requirements

5+ years' compliance experience within asset management, funds or a regulated financial services environment.Strong knowledge of Irish funds regulation, UCITS, AIFMs and the Central Bank of Ireland framework.Experience with compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting and governance.Understanding of AML/CTF requirements and third-party oversight.Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.How to Apply:For further information on this job opportunity please apply via this link.
