• Establish and lead the Group-wide compliance function, developing its governance framework, policies and internal controls.
• Oversee AML/CFT, KYC/KYB, financial crime prevention and regulatory compliance.
• Manage cross-border regulatory obligations, licensing requirements and compliance risks.
