Employment Type: Full-timeExperience: 4+ yearsSalary: Competitive & negotiableNewEra Inc. is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team and take ownership of compliance risk management across our Payment Platform (E-wallet & Payment Gateway).If you have a strong background in Payment / Banking / FinTech, understand SBV regulations, and have hands-on experience in AML, fraud risk and compliance, this could be a great opportunity to make a real impact.WHAT YOU’LL DORisk & Compliance Management

• Monitor and control transaction fraud risk across the Payment Platform.
• Monitor and control Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risks.
• Review and assess compliance risks related to payment activities.
• Support internal and external audit activities.Regulation & Policy
• Review, assess and update policies, regulations and processes from a compliance perspective.
• Recommend necessary changes to ensure compliance with SBV laws and regulations.
• Ensure internal regulations are properly implemented and monitored.Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare compliance risk reports and identify risk trends.
• Propose solutions to prevent and mitigate compliance risks.
• Prepare compliance reports for SBV and other external stakeholders.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly compliance risk reports to BoM/BoD.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 4+ years of experience in payment operations, banking, e-wallet or payment FinTech.
• Hands-on experience in risk management & compliance.
• Strong understanding of payment-related regulations and SBV requirements.
• Experience with Payment Gateway / Banking integrations is highly preferred.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Strong logical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Tech, Product and Bank Partners.
• Familiarity with ERP or financial management systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL / R / Power BI or other data analysis tools is a plus.
