🚨 Hiring: Compliance Monitoring Manager | Crypto Exchange | DubaiWe’re working with a leading crypto exchange in Dubai that is looking to hire a Compliance Monitoring Manager to strengthen its second-line compliance function.This is a great opportunity for someone with strong compliance monitoring experience who wants to work within the fast-moving digital assets / crypto sector.The role:Develop and maintain the firm's Compliance Monitoring ProgrammeConduct risk-based compliance monitoring and thematic reviewsAssess adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies and proceduresIdentify control gaps and recommend remediation actionsProduce clear monitoring reports and present findings to senior managementWork closely with Compliance, MLRO, Risk, Legal and business teamsMonitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the businessSupport regulatory examinations, audits and other compliance reviewsTrack remediation of compliance findings through to completionWe're looking for:5+ years' experience in compliance, ideally with a strong compliance monitoring backgroundExperience within crypto, digital assets, fintech, payments or financial servicesStrong understanding of risk-based compliance monitoring methodologiesExperience working within a regulated environmentGood knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions, market conduct and broader regulatory requirementsExcellent analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skillsUAE / VARA experience is highly desirableProfessional compliance qualification (ICA, ACAMS or similar) is advantageous📍 Location: Dubai💰 Salary: Competitive / dependent on experienceIf you're currently working in compliance monitoring and are interested in moving into the digital assets space, I'd be keen to speak.
