Compliance Officer

Pennell Hart are a Legal & Compliance Executive Search firm based in the UAE. Our client, an investments company in Abu Dhabi, are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join their team.Reporting to the General Counsel, the Compliance Officer will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Group's legal and regulatory compliance framework across the company and its subsidiaries. The successful candidate will help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, support the embedding of robust compliance policies and controls, and provide oversight across a diverse portfolio of entities and investments.To be considered, you will have at least 8–10 years' of experience, a strong track record working in the UAE, and fluency in both Arabic and English. Hands-on experience with the UAE CMA (formerly SCA) and ADX regulatory framework is essential.
