Our focus on regulatory compliance and excellence is central to our mission.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Officer located in DIFC, Dubai. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all regulatory compliance requirements and internal policies. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and reviewing compliance procedures, conducting risk assessments, analyzing financial activities, and communicating with regulatory bodies. The Compliance Officer will also provide guidance on compliance issues, prepare detailed reports, and ensure that all employees are aware of their regulatory responsibilities.QualificationsPrior DIFC/ADGM approved officer experienceAt least 5 years in the industry in a compliance functionSkills in Compliance Management and Regulatory ComplianceStrong Analytical SkillsExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbalFinance knowledge and backgroundDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work on-site in DubaiBachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related fieldRenumeration is commensurate with industry standards.
