Compliance OfficerJob Description: Compliance Officer (Exchange House)Responsibilities* Ensure the exchange house complies with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) laws.* Develop, implement, and regularly update compliance policies and procedures.* Monitor transactions for suspicious activities and ensure proper reporting to regulatory authorities.* Conduct regular risk assessments and internal audits to identify and address compliance gaps.* Train staff on AML/CTF regulations, compliance policies, and procedures.* Maintain records of compliance activities and prepare reports for senior management and regulatory audits.* Liaise with external regulators and ensure timely reporting of any compliance breaches.* Stay updated on new regulations and industry trends and incorporate them into the company's compliance framework.Experience & Qualifications* Experience in compliance, preferably within an exchange house or financial institution.* Strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations and financial compliance laws.* Familiarity with transaction monitoring systems and regulatory reporting processes.* Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.* Professional certifications such as CAMS or ICA are a plus.* Strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
