Compliance Officer

métier - Strategic HR Solutions is hiring a 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 for one of our clients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.This role will focus on KSA regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, licensing, compliance risk management, policy governance, regulatory reporting, and compliance monitoring. The position will work closely with the Head of Compliance / General Manager and relevant regulatory authorities.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬Ensure compliance with applicable KSA regulatory requirements and maintain the regulatory compliance calendar.Manage and renew relevant company registrations, licenses, and regulatory documentation.Coordinate with relevant regulatory authorities on reporting, inspections, and official correspondence.Develop, implement, and maintain AML/CFT policies, procedures, registers, and controls.Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, internal audits, and support corrective actions.Support the development and updating of internal policies in line with KSA regulations and best practices.Deliver compliance, AML/CFT, and ethics training and promote adherence to the Code of Conduct.Maintain compliance registers, trackers, policies, and documentation to ensure the organization remains audit-ready.𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Compliance, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related function.Experience within financial services, consulting, or a regulated industry is preferred.Strong knowledge of KSA regulatory requirements, laws, and compliance procedures.Experience with AML/CFT, compliance monitoring, risk assessments, internal audits, and policy management is preferred.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and AML/CFT frameworks.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance obligations and deadlines.Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant compliance tools.
