Compliance Officer

Job PurposeEnsures the company's full compliance with Insurance Authority regulations, AML/CTF requirements, and internal policies, safeguarding the company's license and reputation.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor compliance with Insurance Authority regulations and intermediaries' bylaws.Develop, update, and implement internal compliance policies and procedures.Conduct periodic compliance audits and risk assessments.Prepare compliance reports for the CEO and regulatory authorities.Deliver compliance and AML training to employees.Follow up on corrective actions for any identified violations.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Law, Business, or Insurance.5+ years of compliance experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.Solid knowledge of Insurance Authority regulations and AML/CTF requirements.Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.Professional compliance certification is a plus (e.g., CAMS).
