By combining robust regulatory frameworks, advanced technology, and strong banking partnerships, EX.IO provides tailored solutions that support safe and scalable digital asset adoption.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Compliance Officer role based in UAE. The Compliance Officer will oversee regulatory compliance across EX.IO’s entities, monitor adherence to applicable laws and guidelines, and support licensing and ongoing regulatory requirements for virtual asset and financial services activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and updating compliance policies, conducting risk assessments, performing compliance monitoring and testing, and preparing reports and documentation for regulators and internal stakeholders. The role involves advising business teams on regulatory impacts, supporting internal training on compliance standards, and collaborating with legal, operations, and product teams to ensure that new initiatives align with global and local regulatory expectations.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance, preferably within virtual assets, fintech, or financial services.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex regulations and assess compliance risks.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to prepare regulatory reports and explain requirements to diverse stakeholders
