Compliance Officer

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT) requirements, the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and internal policies.The role will oversee merchant onboarding compliance, regulatory reporting, data privacy, and compliance reviews across business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the AML/CFT compliance framework in line with SAMA requirements.Review merchant Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) documentation and approve onboarding files before activation.Review partner contracts, product changes, and operational processes to ensure compliance.Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the relevant authorities.Oversee PDPL compliance, including data subject requests, data breach response, and privacy impact assessments.Deliver compliance and AML/CFT awareness training to employees.Maintain compliance policies, documentation, and audit records, and report compliance matters to the Board.
