Compliance Officer

Role Description The Director role at Proxym Middle East is a full-time, on-site position based in Sayada. The Director oversees the strategic direction and operational performance of the organization, ensuring alignment with regional market needs and group objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing key client relationships, and driving delivery of complex digital projects in Web, Mobility, IoT, and AI. The Director is expected to develop and implement business plans, oversee budgets and resource allocation, and monitor KPIs to ensure sustainable growth and service excellence. This role also involves representing Proxym ME with government, public sector, and enterprise stakeholders, nurturing partnerships, and promoting innovation across the company’s solution portfolio.QualificationsLeadership and management skills, including team leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making.Experience in digital services and technologies such as Web, Mobility, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, and enterprise software solutions.Strong business development and client relationship skills, with a track record in government, public sector, or enterprise accounts.Financial and operational management skills, including budgeting, resource planning, and performance monitoring.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.Background in IT, engineering, business administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.Proven experience in a senior leadership or director-level role within a technology or digital services company.Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages in the Middle East is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Sayada and travel as needed within the region.
