Compliance Officer – Real Estate

We are exclusively recruiting for an award-winning property consultancy seeking to appoint a Compliance Officer in either their London or Birmingham offices (other locations will be considered).The role will support the firm’s compliance, governance and risk management framework, providing strategic direction and independent regulatory oversight across the partnership.Main Responsibilities:Develop and deliver the firm’s compliance strategy and framework, and act as independent adviser to the Partnership Board and senior leadership team.Design annual compliance plans and risk-based monitoring programmes, identifying, assessing and controlling compliance and regulatory risks.Maintain compliance risk registers, reporting frameworks and AML policies, procedures and controls, including oversight of client due diligence, enhanced due diligence and suspicious activity reviews.Provide oversight of major contractual reviews and strategic oversight of health and safety compliance.Unless otherwise stated, candidates must have the right to work in the UK.The CLARC Guarantee – we 100% guarantee that your CV will never be sent to a client without your prior expressed permission so all of your details are totally secure with us.
