Compliance Officer(UAE Nationals only)

Conduct risk-based onsite and offsite compliance inspections of registered companies in accordance with approved monitoring plans, risk ratings and applicable regulatory requirements.Review and assess declarations, ownership and control structures, supporting documentation and other relevant information to determine compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.Conduct interviews with Ultimate Beneficial Owners, authorized representatives and relevant company personnel to validate information, clarify ownership and control arrangements, and assess compliance with requirements.Identify compliance deficiencies, potential violations and areas of regulatory risk arising from inspections and monitoring activities.
