Compliance Risk Management Associate

ResponsibilitiesPartner directly with Compliance, Risk, and Technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancement and develop strategic solutions that deliver business valueSupport the development and enhancement of compliance and enterprise-wide risk assessment methodologies, control design, and executive- and Board-level risk reportingManage day-to-day operations, including data and Management Information Systems (MIS) collection, trend analysis, and risk analysisPrepare high-quality presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior management, the Board, and regulatory bodiesSupport the Compliance department on cross-functional initiatives involving platform training, issue management, and regulatory mappingCoordinate with diverse business and technology stakeholders to implement technical solutionsHelp drive continuous improvements and enhancements across the compliance programQualifications5+ years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, or Compliance Risk Management within the financial services industryStrong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data and translate metrics into meaningful trends and actionable insightsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Power BIDemonstrated experience supporting cross-functional compliance initiatives, regulatory mapping, and system implementationsStrong project delivery and stakeholder management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience preparing presentations and reports for senior management, Board members, and regulatory bodies
