Regulatory / Compliance Specialist – AI Governance📍 Netherlands🏡 Remote working📝 Full-time internal positionThis company is approaching AI compliance a little differently.Rather than producing another dashboard or static compliance report, they are developing infrastructure that turns regulatory and organisational requirements into policies that can be technically enforced while AI agents are running.They’re looking for a Regulatory / Compliance Specialist who can connect evolving legislation with the realities of enterprise technology.What you’ll be doing:Translating EU AI Act requirements into practical runtime policiesWorking with enterprise customers and partners to define and refine policiesMaintaining the company’s policy libraryProducing clear compliance documentationMonitoring changes in AI regulationExplaining regulatory requirements to technical teamsHelping shape how regulated organisations govern AI agents in practiceWhat we’re looking for:A background in regulatory compliance, legal, governance or risk managementGood knowledge of the EU AI Act, GDPR or industry-specific regulationThe ability to turn complex legal requirements into clear technical guidanceConfidence working directly with enterprise stakeholdersStrong written communication and documentation skillsComfortable operating independently within a fast-moving environmentBonus:Experience within financial services, insurance, healthcare or government would be particularly relevant.This is a highly autonomous company without a traditional management structure. Decisions are distributed across the team, so the role will suit someone proactive who enjoys shaping their own area of responsibility.
