Compliance Specialist (Apparel Industry)

Working Location: SEA countries (Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangladesh, India)To comply with customer strict policies on no unauthorized outsourcing and strengthen supply chain traceability & brand protection for our customers, our team is urgently looking for on-site compliance project leader.Core Job ResponsibilitiesFocus on on-site factory verification, supply chain traceability and brand protection audit for sweater, knitted and woven garment productionUnauthorized Outsourcing Verification: Conduct on-site inspections on approved factories and registered subcontractors, verify full production process (yarn/ fabric receiving, knitting, sewing, washing, finishing, packing) to identify unapproved external outsourcing facilitySupply Chain Mapping & Cotton Traceability: Conduct supply chain traceability documentation desktop review per customer’s compliance standards. Verify full set of supply chain mapping and transactional documents (POs, invoices, customs records, warehouse records, production records, proof of payments, Certificate of Origin etc). to ensure raw material source legitimacyBrand Protection (BP) Compliance: Implement full brand protection audit per customer’s BP guidelines, including cut-to-ship data verification, leftover inventory control, logoed goods management, destruction & exit clean-up validation, and prevent brand IP leakage and unauthorized goods sell-offSocial Compliance & Risk Closure: Complete regular social responsibility audits, identify on-site compliance risks, issue assessment reports, track corrective action plans (CAP) and ensure full rectification closureJob RequirementsIndustry Background: Solid apparel industry experience, familiar with full production workflow of sweaters, knits and wovens etc. Candidates with merchandising, production management or quality management background are highly preferred.Language Skill: Proficient in written & spoken English; Vietnamese, Cambodian, Cantonese or Mandarin speaker is a strong plus.Personal Competency: Independent working capability, willing to take professional compliance training and on-site challenges; proactive, detail-oriented and good at problem-solvingWork Adaptability: Available for long-term stationed work in Southeast Asia, able to adapt to frequent on-site factory inspection and audit work
