Hiring: NAVEX EthicsPoint / Compliance Consultant📍 Location: Bangalore🏢 Work Model: Hybrid💼 Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for a senior-level NAVEX EthicsPoint / GRC Consultant to join our Global Investigations Services (GIS) team and lead a time-bound NAVEX remediation and enablement program.This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone experienced in NAVEX EthicsPoint or comparable GRC / case-management platforms, with strong expertise in platform remediation, workflow configuration, data governance, integrations and process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess the existing NAVEX environment, data quality, workflows, tiers, statuses and administrative backlog.Develop and execute a prioritized remediation and configuration plan.Perform historical data remediation, cleanup, archiving and taxonomy/tier rationalization.Rebuild NAVEX tier structures to support routing, assignment, visibility and escalation requirements.Configure and test workflows for intake, triage, severity assessment, assignment, escalation and case closure.Translate privacy, records-management and data-governance requirements into system and process controls.Support NAVEX AI, analytics and reporting capabilities once the underlying data and configuration are reliable.Assess and coordinate API/integration requirements, including data flows, field mappings, authentication, error handling and testing.Lead UAT, defect management, rollout readiness and post-implementation stabilization.Prepare process documentation, decision logs, status reports and handover materials.Partner with GIS stakeholders, platform owners, vendors, privacy teams and other cross-functional stakeholders.What We're Looking ForSenior-level hands-on experience with NAVEX EthicsPoint or a comparable GRC / case-management platform.Strong experience in workflow configuration, data remediation, migration, archiving, taxonomy/tier redesign, permissions, routing and case statuses.Experience with privacy, records management and data governance requirements.Experience delivering system remediation, implementation or process-transformation projects.Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, middleware and system integrations.Ability to document business requirements, data flows, field mappings, authentication, error handling and testing requirements.Strong UAT, defect triage, stakeholder management and implementation experience.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to work independently with sensitive investigation and compliance data.Experience in NAVEX EthicsPoint Consultant | NAVEX Administrator | NAVEX Implementation Consultant, GRC Platform Consultant📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV on AnjaliHB@norwintechnologies.com
