Compliance Verification Engineering Lead

We're looking for an experienced Compliance Verification Engineering Lead (CVE-L) to establish and lead the company's Compliance Verification function. This is a unique opportunity to build the governance, processes and signatory framework that will underpin certification, while remaining actively involved as a Compliance Verification Engineer.Working closely with the Head of Airworthiness and Technical Leadership, you'll help shape how the organisation manages compliance as it grows towards certification and production.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and develop the company's Compliance Verification function.Define governance, signatory scopes and delegation processes.Develop and maintain the Compliance Verification framework.Act as a Compliance Verification Engineer and signatory.Provide functional leadership to the wider CVE community.Support certification activities and engagement with the aviation authority.Work closely with Engineering, Airworthiness and Certification teams throughout aircraft development.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE).Strong understanding of aircraft certification and Design Organisation requirements.Experience within new aircraft development, certification programmes or major aircraft modifications.Ability to establish governance, processes and technical frameworks.Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.Experience within eVTOL, electric aircraft, CS-23, Part 21, or other aircraft development programmes would be advantageous.PackageAED 35,000-45,000 per month.Annual performance bonus.Comprehensive family medical insurance.Schooling allowance for up to three children.Annual flight allowance.Visa and relocation support.
