Compositor

We're looking for Mid and Senior Compositors to join our talented and growing team. As a Compositor, you will play a crucial role by seamlessly integrating visual elements. You will work closely with our 2D supervisors, Leads and artists, and other members of One Of Us to ensure the highest quality balancing the technical and creative elements of each shot you work on.RequirementsCreating visually stunning and photo-real visual effects for high-end Film and TV projectsCollaborating with the Visual Effects Supervisor to evaluate the creative and technical approach to assigned shotsIntegrating 2D, 3D and live action elements to high-end visual effects film standardTaking responsibility for own workload, time management and notes/feedback actions required by SupervisorsBalancing the creative and technical aspects of each shotWorking with a good knowledge of colour space principlesWhat we're looking for:An excellent working knowledge of and production experience with NukeA familiarity with stereo compositing and working with multiple render passesExcellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skillsA pro-active and collaborative work ethicA strong eye for detail, composition, colour and lightingThe ability to multitask, prioritise and problem solveAn understanding of colour space principlesAbility to lead teams and carry out technical checks for other artistsBenefits5 days carers leave per year 2 paid volunteering days per calendar year Hybrid workingCompany pension and life insurance Medicash healthcare cash plan Hours and location Your contracted hours are 40 hours per week with one hour a day for lunch. The core working hours are 10:00am to 17:30pm Monday to Friday. We have a great office in Shoreditch where our artists are based.You would be required to work from the office in London at least 2 days per week.
